    Boost of Moisture to Eyes

    Lighter formula. Super hydrating so it feels a bit oily at first, but seeps into skin pretty quickly once settled and provides all-day moisture.

    Moisturizing

    I have been using this eye cream for about a year after a close friend of mine recommended it. I have sensitive skin and it does not irritate my skin or the skin around my eyes. I live in a dry climate during the winter months. I don't know if it helps with eye bags but I appreciate that it keeps my skin moisturized without irritating my sensitive skin.
