We get a lot of questions that basically ask “Why is a Korean skin care routine better than whatever I’m doing now?” We could talk your ears off, but honestly, skin care so so personal that what we do may not work for everyone. However, if you want to get clinical about it—like ELLE did—have a Korean dermatologist explain the validity of an elaborate routine as opposed to just dermatological practices is something we’ve kind of known all along—we don’t hate hearing that more people agree though!
We love seeing Korean beauty trends infiltrate the Western beauty world and other than noticing how big beauty brands like Lancome and L’Oreal are now offering cushion compacts, naturally the trends would be soon to follow. Check out how Clinique has this simple tutorial for doing the straight brow, as demonstrated by an already popular Korean YouTube Vlogger, Saem Mool Jung.

It's not often that the entire beauty and style industry gives an outpouring of grievance and hommage to a late rock legend who not only happens to be a guy but one who came up more than 40 years ago. His influence stretched not only to music but also beauty, style and overall liberation of self—a true creative chameleon. Some have even claimed him to be the godfather of K-pop, when you consider that his ever-morphing style was the impetus for other like-minded artists to unite in self-expression. It's clear that his global influence was felt deeply as Drama Fever rounded up those collective grievances and mourning from some of the most prolific K-Pop groups around now. Not much needs be said than a simple "R.I.P." but looking down the list of K-Pop group members from 2NE1, G-Dragon, CL and Yubin from Wondergirls, you can tell that the loss is deeply felt as much as Bowie's himself was greatly inspiring.
