Gift with Purchase
Q - There is no gift with a purchase in my order even though I spent more than the amount for the gift with a purchase.
The gift should automatically load into carts after discounts and before taxes and shipping costs.
If you continue to experience trouble, please empty your cart, clear your web browser’s cache and cookies, and load your cart again -- this step can help with glitches at checkout. When you are ready to check out, please allow a few seconds for your cart to fully load and the gift should appear.
If you are still experiencing issues after taking these steps, please reach out at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible before placing an order! We are unable to send the gift with purchase separatly after placing order.
Orders & Shipping
Q. My package will be delivered on time?
Due to potential carrier delays with their higher volume of packages, orders can take an additional 3-5 business days to deliver from our normal time frames as this is a peak period for our shipping partners.
Please note that this is out of our control, but if you experience any delays beyond this, please reach out at email@example.com. We are here for you!
Q - I haven't received my tracking information.
It can take 2-3 business days to process your order once placed during this period. As soon as it has shipped, we will send you an email confirmation with your tracking details.
Q- I would love to order products for my family & friends as gift. Can I I add a gift note and recipt inside of the package?

I am sorry to inform you that we don't have a gift message option at this time, but please be assured that no prices are ever shown in any of the packing materials we send.
Q. Do you have exclusions for this promotion?
For Cyber month, our discount offer is not valid on Then I Met You sets, The Little Book of Skincare, The Little Book of Jeong, or the purchase of Soko Glam gift cards.

Q - What is your return policy during this promotion?
If you have purchased an item that did not work out for you or you've simply changed your mind, we've extended our normal policy of 60 days to 90 days for purchases made in November and December.
Our policy is that we are happy to accept returns on both new and gently used products unless noted as final sale.

Q - I forgot to apply the promotion code! Can I get a price adjustment?
We're happy to honor a price adjustment for orders placed 14 days prior to the sale start date. Please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and we'll take care of this!
