This all-in-one blending pencil works as an eye pencil, eye shadow, and even as a bronzer or highlighter—depending on the color you choose. Its creamy formula is very easy to blend using either a brush or your fingers, and is a universally, flattering way to smoke up or highlight your eyes. No creasing or flaking. Once applied and blended, it stays put for hours!
