Beauty Beam Anti-Breakout Blue

This has significantly helped lessen the amount of breakouts I get! I also love it for speeding up the process of my scarring. Super easy to use and convenient that it is also portable. I have sensitive skin and not once has it caused any irritation. Will 1000% keep it in my regular routine :)

I've been looking into blue light devices for a long time but was always skeptical on how effective it would be. I have very sensitive skin and wanted something to combat my acne that wasn't a topical active. I've been using this device for about 3 months now, and can confidently say that this has improved my skin. Of course I still get hormonal breakouts, and pimples here and there, but they are now less frequent and less severe. I love that this is a hand held device vs. other blue light mask devices on the market, because I can use it on other parts of my body that break out (arms, neck, etc.).

My issue with the device is that it's very finicky. The device light is made to only go off once it's pressed flushed against the skin. This makes it hard when you want to use the device on the parts of your face that are curved, such as around your forehead/brow/cheekbone area. Sometime it won't go off at all, even when it's pressed fully flushed against the skin. I would have to turn the device on/off to see if that would help the problem. This does make me wonder if this device will die out soon.
