Notice of Financial Incentive for Soko Rewards

We offer our customers a loyalty program (Soko Rewards) that provides exclusive offerings, free product samples, and additional perks or access to promotions. When you sign up for Soko Rewards, we will ask you to provide your name, contact information, birthday, and other details. Our collection of this information allows us to operate Soko Rewards, including providing you with perks and other offerings. This may be interpreted as a “financial incentive” program under CCPA. The value of your personal information to us is related to the value of the free or discounted products or services, or other benefits that you obtain or that are provided as part of Soko Rewards.

You may withdraw from participating in Soko Rewards at any time by contacting us following the instructions included in “How do I contact you?” below. For more information about Soko Rewards, including the terms and conditions, please click FAQs.

2019 Nev. L. 211 permits customers of Soko Glam who are Nevada residents to request that we not sell their personal information. We do not sell personal information as defined by Nevada law. EU/UK CUSTOMERS - HOW TO OPT OUT OF PERSONAL DATA SHARING

Residents of the EU and UK can submit a request to exercise their privacy rights by emailing us at hello@sokoglam.com with the subject line: GDPR DATA CONSENT. You may only submit one type of request per email. If you wish to submit multiple requests, you must do so separately. 

To verify your identity, we may need your full name, email, mailing address, and a description of your request. We will make all reasonable attempts to verify your identity using information we have, but if we can not we may request the above additional details or deny your request as required by law. You have the right to an appeal, and can submit one 

Please allow up to 30 days to process these requests. By default, if a request for erasure is submitted and the customer has made an order in the last 180 days, then the request for erasure will remain in a pending state for 180 days since the customer's last order, in case a chargeback occurs.
