Once your order has been placed, we immediately begin processing so we can get it to you as soon as possible. Unfortunately, this means that we are unable to make any changes to your order once it has been placed. Please make sure all your details are correct before checking out!

The order cut off for Christmas delivery for the US for standard shipping is December 14, 2025. For expedited shipping it is December 18, 2025.

For Australia, New Zealand, the rest of the EU (not listed below), and South Korea: December 8, 2025

For Ireland, Italy, Japan, and Singapore: December 9, 2025

For Canada, Germany, Mexico, and the Netherlands: December 11, 2025

For France and the United Kingdom: December 12, 2025

All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays). Please note that there may be extended processing times during sale periods due to higher volume or supply chain delays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking details to follow its progress. Please allow up to 48 hours for your tracking information to update once it has left our fulfillment center. You can also check the status of your order by proceeding to 'Order History' under your account page!

At Soko Glam, we only ship products directly sourced by brand partners. All orders (domestic and international) ship from our warehouse in the US.

Certain products may take up to 10 business days to deliver depending on availability in our US Warehouses.

As of September 2025, we no longer ship internationally to Spain, Malaysia, Japan, Hong Kong, India, South Korea, China, Taiwan, and Bangladesh.

**Please note that your shipping confirmation email will have the most up to date information on shipping times for your order.

We ship across all 50 states and US Territories with our standard shipping option.

We offer Express shipping on all US orders for $13.99. Orders placed with Express shipping will take 2-3 business days to deliver once they are shipped, not including holidays. *Please note that order processing times are not included in shipping time estimates.

Depending on the final shipping destination, the shipping carrier may vary between DHL and USPS. (We are unable to designate a specific shipping carrier for shipments)

Orders are delivered in 3-7 business days from the shipping date. Please note that delivery times do not include order processing times. **Orders shipping to non-contiguous US States and off-shore territories will take 4-6 weeks to deliver.

Free standard shipping is available to all US domestic orders with a subtotal greater than $50+ USD after any promotions or discounts are applied. Excludes the purchase of Soko Glam gift cards

Orders to United Arab Emirates may experience up to 3-7 days of additional shipping and handling times.

Collagen products cannot be shipped to Australia due to Australian customs policy.

Dieux Deliverance Serum cannot be shipped outside of the US due to International Cannabanoid import customs policy.

Please ensure that each shipping line does not exceed 30 characters. If more than 30 characters, please abbreviate names where applicable.

Depending on the destination, the shipping carrier may vary. International orders are shipped from the US and are delivered within 3-10 business days from the shipping date.

For orders shipping to India, it can take up to 30 business days for delivery depending on customs clearance.

Please note that we are not able to designate a specific carrier for shipments.

Free Shipping

Free standard shipping is available to all International orders with a subtotal greater than $75+ USD after any promotions or discounts are applied. To apply free shipping, please select the free standard shipping option at checkout for your eligible order. Excludes the purchase of Soko Glam gift cards.

Taxes and duties are calculated based on your shipping destination.

US Sales Tax

All domestic sales tax will be applied at checkout based on the order destination in compliance with federal, state, and local laws.

Delivery Duties Paid (DDP) Countries

If your international order is shipping on Delivery Duties Paid (DDP) basis, this means that all relevant taxes and duties are included at checkout and no additional fees will apply once the package arrives in your country. Please note that all orders to the EU with an order value over €150 ship on a Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU) basis, and may incur additional fees at customs.

If your international order is shipping on Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU) basis, this means that once your order arrives at the destination country, any taxes and duties incurred for your purchase will be collected prior to delivery. The cost is calculated based on the destination country’s customs regulations. As we are unable to provide an estimate as to the total cost, we can recommend reaching out to your local customs office for more information. Please note that all orders to the EU with an order value over €150 ship on a Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU) basis, and may incur additional fees at customs.

We are unable to ship packages that weigh greater than the maximum shipping weights set by your country due to international restrictions.

Shipping options will not appear at checkout if you exceed these weight limits. To repopulate your shipping options, we can recommend splitting your order to meet the threshold.
