pH Balancing Bubble Free Cleansing Gel

It absolutely does not foam or leather at all, but it **does** work. I have very sensitive, combination skin, and wear very little makeup, and this is PERFECT for me.

I like this as a second step in my evening double cleanse and as the only cleanser I use in the morning. It's extremely gentle but effective.

The only thing this is not suitable for is removing waterproof, oil-based (like castor oil mascara), or full coverage multi-layer makeup. At least not by itself. So if that's your daily wear, this may not be for you. But if you have sensitive skin and a low/no makeup routine, it's perfect!

I double cleanse every night, and probably every other morning, and this face wash is gentle for my sensitive skin. I've tried so many types and ingredient-based face washes (green tea is NOT for me) and this doesn't strip my skin, turn it red, or otherwise irritate it. I buy it again and again. It's gentle enough for a quick pick-me-up mid-day wash & powerful enough to get all the grime during double cleanse (I just really, really work it in there. My face washes are definitely more effective after using them correctly & working them into the skin). For reference, I have oily combination skin & battle big pores and redness. My skin care goal is keeping it hydrated to slow oil production without being weighed down.

Definitely doesn't strip my skin but also I don't know that it really cleanses at all...because it didn't do anything for leftover mascara. Perhaps it just doesn't get that kind of stuff off though and gets daily grime off. I think I need something with just a little more cleansing action.

It definitely took some time to get use to having no bubbles whatsoever but once I did, it was great. It’s not runny so I love to take a minute and really massage it into my skin to relax. Very mild scent, never leaves my face feeling tight afterwards. Also a learning curve but you need way less product than you’d think, so it lasts a long time!
