Guava Moisture Soothing Cream

Absolutely adore this. It’s a nice light moisturizer that actually works & doesn’t inflame my sensitive skin. I reach for this when my skin is really in a bind & needs to calm down. I also love using it on my neck & décolletage as I don’t always want something super heavy there. This still provides maximum moisture but feels light. Definitely another win for Benton & I will repurchase.

Personally, I love this creamy gel and have been using it daily (usually AM and PM). I have dry, sensitive skin and am 48, and live in an incredibly dry climate. At night I add a drop or two of rose hip seed oil for extra moisture, or have put on a little bit of a heavier cream layered on top of the areas that sometimes still feel tight and dry. I was hoping for a soothing sensation when I first tried it, but I did not experience that. However, my skin texture has improved and hyperpigmentation spots have lessened, and overall I think this product has helped. It is the only moisturizer I’ve used on a daily basis for about 6 months. If my skin was more sensitive, I don’t know that I would have been able to continue to use it, but as it is at the moment, it feels good and has improved things that I didn’t expect it to. If you feel like you are in need of a product that feels very soothing and extra-moisturizing, this may not be the right one for you. If there is a way to try before you buy, that would be my recommendation.
