The Niacinamide 15 Serum

The dropper attached to the product had solid gunk in it, thus blocking the serum from the bottle to be both extracted and/or dispersed from the applicator, making it a defective product. I tried multiple times to squeeze out the gunk inside the applicator but it will not come out.

I usually apply this after my morning cleanse. The first time I used it, I was a bit surprised by the burning sensation. But after using it for a few days each morning, that feeling disappeared. Now I can apply it just like any other serum. It has a watery consistency like a toner, so it absorbs quickly. There's a slight tightening sensation after application. I follow up with the rest of my skincare routine step by step.

I have looked for so many products to help with my PIH that I’ve been dealing with for the past 6 years, and this is the only thing that’s been working for me. Not only does it work, but it works fast too. If you are in desperate need of a solution for your hyperpigmentation, this is the one to go with, or at the very least, to try it out. I cannot recommend this product enough.

This stuff is amazing. I got this as a freebie so I didn't think to try it out initially. I am so happy I did. My skin is sensitive combo for reference. Most new products that I try break me out, not this. It had great oil control. I took 1 star out because of the packaging. There was a decent amount of product left that I could not get out using the dripper so I had to spill out the rest. This does not deter me from the product, it's amazing. I just repurchased 2 more :)
