How to Use

Living Cleansing Balm:

For the first step of your double cleanse, use spatula to scoop a dime sized amount onto dry skin and gently massage in circular motions. Add a splash of warm water to emulsify and remove oil-based impurities. Rinse thoroughly before moving to step two, a water-based cleanser.

Soothing Tea Cleansing Gel:

For the second step of your double cleanse, lather a pea-sized amount using water and wet hands. Then massage into your skin to remove water-based impurities. Rinse thoroughly and gently pat dry.

    Clean yet soft

    This dynamic duo is wonderful! Who would have thought that cleansing the face twice would result in soft and supple skin instead of dry and tight?

    Easy to use (a little goes a long way!) and both products feel silky on the skin and have a lovely, clean scent. This duo has earned a permanent place in my daily skincare ritual.

    The only cleanser I’ve trusted for two years

    I’ve been using this cleansing duo exclusively for over two years, and I still haven’t found anything that comes close. Using both steps at night removes all of my makeup completely — even on heavier makeup days — and I never feel like there’s anything left behind. In the morning, a quick rinse with the gel cleanser leaves my skin feeling clean and refreshed without stripping it.

    I have very sensitive skin and tend to break out easily, but this duo has never caused irritation or breakouts for me. My skin always feels calm, balanced, and genuinely clean.

    It is definitely on the pricier side for me, but after consistent results and zero issues, I truly believe it’s worth the investment. This has become a permanent staple in my routine.

    cleansing duo review

    I'm really enjoying the cleansing duo and my skin feels great after. My one remark is that the texture of the cleanser is very strange almost mucous-y or gluey so it's a little hard to get it out cleanly but honestly it doesn't really matter because it's a great cleanser.

    Balm hardly had a scent

    I have repurchased TIMY products for years, my favorite item being the cleansing balm. I took a long break to finish up other products and excitedly restocked on multiple TIMY items. Sadly the cleansing balm barely had a scent. I remember putting this stuff on and having a mini aromatherapy session. I looked forward to my nightly cleanse to have a whiff if the scent. Maybe the one I got was a weak batch? I hope the formulation hasnt changed. I will sniff it in store at a sephora the next time if I plan to repurchase. Im disappointed.
