The award-winning Then I Met You Living Cleansing Balm is now in a new deluxe mini size!

As the first step of your double cleanse, massage this luxurious, sorbet-soft oil cleanser into the skin to melt away oil-based impurities, such as sunscreen, makeup and excess sebum, while nourishing the skin with antioxidants, essential fatty acids and vitamin E.

The same formulation we know and love combines a blend of lightweight grape seed, olive and seaberry oils. Hints of rosemary, persimmon and grapefruit make this a sensorial, aromatic experience designed to delight your senses and leave your skin soft and clean. 

The star ingredient is antioxidant and fatty acid-rich seaberry (sea buckthorn oil), which softens and protects skin, and gives the balm its distinctive bright yellow color.

Follow up with the Soothing Tea Cleansing Gel, a water-based cleanser, to complete your double cleanse ritual and remove water-based impurities.

Vegan and cruelty free. Free of polyethylene, mineral oil, alcohol, silicone, parabens, artificial coloring and synthetic fragrance.

    Officially a cleansing balm convert

    This was my first cleansing balm ever, and it did not disappoint. It melts right into the skin, breaks down makeup and SPF effortlessly, and rinses clean without any greasy residue. My skin feels soft, never stripped. I’m officially a convert.

    A solid first balm

    This was one of the first cleansing balms I ever used, and it really set the bar for me. I’m in my 40s and didn’t fully get double cleansing before this, but now I do.

    I loved the texture and how it melted everything off, especially makeup. It felt more effective than other balms I’ve tried, and I actually preferred the scent and the way it lightly lathered once water was added, it just felt like it was doing something.

    I did run out and ended up trying other products, so it’s not at the very top of my repurchase list right now, but it’s absolutely one I’d come back to. If you’re looking for a reliable first cleanse, especially for makeup removal, this one is a great place to start.

    Great size for giving it a good go!

    There's enough product to use (mostly) once a day for at least 2 weeks, enough time to get a good idea if you like it. The texture is like other cleansing balms, maybe softer and definitely not as watery as others. Gets rid of makeup easily. I love how TIMY thinks about a "sensorial" experience when designing their products. This balm has a very pleasant citrusy scent. I don't mind scent and I enjoy that they consider the experience of using a product, it makes something as basic as cleansing your face something to enjoy! :)

    My favorite cleansing balm in the worst container

    Listen, I am a loyal lover of the living cleaning balm. I’ve been using it for close to 5 years and have yet to find anything I enjoy half as much. BUT, this size and container are criminal. It’s difficult to use the product, and it doesn’t come with a scoop I can keep in the pot. My regular balm can last me for months, but I feel like this size could barely give me a week. It would work much better as a shallow, wide pot. Also, $15 seems steep for how much you get.

    Great for traveling!

    I use this when I have a long flight. It has a slight citrusy smell but it is refreshing and did not cause any skin reaction. It works great!
