Shipping policy

 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING - U.S.

Free standard shipping is applied to all domestic orders (within US) for all orders $50+. Please note, free shipping is applied after discount codes have been submitted and your subtotal remains above $50.

 

We process and ship out all orders Monday through Friday, not including holidays. Orders with standard shipping will usually be fulfilled and shipped the next 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays). We know, we’re as fast as lightning!

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information enclosed. Please note that it may take up to 24-48 hours for your tracking information to update.

 

All Soko Glam orders are shipped out of the US. Orders with standard shipping usually take 4-7 business days from the day it ships to arrive to its final destination.

 

Domestic sales tax will be applied to orders based on order destination and in compliance with federal, state and local laws. We currently offer free shipping to our International friends for all orders $75 and over. To be eligible for free shipping, your total must be $75 after all discounts are added.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

 

We currently ship Soko Glam orders from the U.S. to the following countries:

Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, India, Indonesia, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and the UK.

Duties and Fees

 

For Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and the UK: Your package will arrive at your door with no additional duties and taxes aside from any taxes you incur at checkout.

India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Norway, Switzerland, Singapore: Your package may incur additional duties and taxes upon delivery. Duties and taxes depend on your country's customs laws.

Please also note that Soko Glam does not have any control over these charges and cannot estimate the amount. Customs policies vary widely, so please contact your local customs office if you would like further details.

We currently offer free shipping to our Canadian friends for all orders $75 and over. To be eligible for free shipping you must ship within Canada and your total must be $75 after all discounts are added.

 

All Soko Glam orders are shipped out of the US.

For all international countries, your package will arrive within approximately 5 - 17 business days. Unfortunately, we aren’t able to expedite shipping for international orders.

India packages, please allow up to 30 business days for delivery.
