    gets an OMG from a skincare snob

    as someone with a 13 step skincare routine (all of which are from soko btw) and who’s been skincare obsessed for quite some time, i’m not easily impressed by products. but this…. THIS??? omg ill never not use this again. it gives such a beautiful satin finish that im obsessed with and as someone who really didn’t buy into being able to make your pores look smaller- it really do be doing that. it’s giving airbrushed.

    i have very sensitive skin that will revolt at the slightest inconvenience and throw out some whiteheads to let me know that ive angered it, but this has given me no problems, only pluses. to anyone else, anywhere else raving about a product like this would seem insane but i know my people are amongst this site so i know you’ll understand.

    as someone who is super sus of rave reviews and assumes that it’s either sponsored or paid for- this is not that. i have no socials, im no one “special”, just a certified skincare freak that is genuinely so impressed.

    nothing happened

    it was nice but didn’t convince me it’s a must have. I have dry and sometimes acne prone skin. this caused no irritation. it caused nothing. I went through this pretty quickly. thin runny texture. no fragrance. I wouldn’t say it was noticeably hydrating or firming. didn’t wow me. maybe it would work well for oily skin?

    Finally an oil based serum!

    I use a bunch of serums and essences but they’re all water based. I felt like my skin needed more oil so I bought this and my skin is loving it. I use it as the last step before moisturizer, AM and PM, and my skin just drinks it up. It leaves me so glowy and moisturized!

    A solid everyday serum.

    No scent, gets absorbed easily, works well under moisturizer. It's not sticky or greasy, has a pleasant texture.
