Clean It Zero Nourishing Cleansing Balm

I have been using this product for a few years and it’s always worked great for me until now. I am currently going through frozen shoulder and so my skin care routine took a backseat for a while so I did not re-order this product for a good chunk of time. I’ve finally started getting back into taking care of my skin in the last couple of months, re-ordered this cleansing balm expecting it to be the same cleansing balm that I’ve been using for years and guess what? it’s not even close to the same product. First I noticed the name has changed to ginseng glow nourishing cleansing balm instead of just nourishing cleansing balm and right away I’m nervous because I have very sensitive finicky skin. Sure enough I use it and guess what? my whole face turns red and hot. The next day, my face is still red and hot so now here’s another formerly tried and true product that literally gives me chemical burns… That is the only way I know how to describe what products like this do to my skin. It feels like, or even worse than, a terrible sunburn. If you have sensitive skin, I would not chance trying this product. And I know I can’t be the only one who’s skin does not agree with products that claim to be safe for sensitive skin. I am so sick and tired of companies reformulating a product to a cheaper, lower quality, skin sensitizing formulation, and I’m sick of not knowing about it.
