All I can say is- OMG. These toner pads are nothing like any other toner pads. They are bouncy almost like a jelly and have very minimal scent to them. After I’ve applied it and am letting it soak into my skin, it feels very similar to the sensation of bubble masks. It’s so cool and I wake up with the most glowing and clear complexion!
