How to Use

If you're new to retinoids (Retinol/Retinal):

For the first 2 weeks, apply every other night. Use a small amount (about 2mm) on areas of concern. If irritation occurs, reduce the amount and frequency of use.     I've been using for almost 3 weeks and i can see the difference, i didn't have any issues or alergs, for people that is using retinal for the first time i suggest follow the instructions on the box. when I wash my skin in the morning still growing, i feel my skin smoother!
