I've been using this daily for a little over a month now, and unfortunately I don't see much change (yet?). I added this to my routine because I was breaking out, and wanted something to minimize pores. . . and I feel like neither of those have changed. But, I do sometimes think the areas I apply it to look brighter and more even. It's not irritating or drying; feels mild on application. So, overall, it's a perfectly good toner? But I'm not sure about "blackhead power liquid"
