SoonJung 2x Barrier Intensive Cream

This is a great staple at a reasonable price! No irritation for my sensitive skin. Hydrating, but not heavy. This one sinks into my skin well and doesn't sit on top like other moisturizers. Gentle, calming option that I would reorder! I have been using it with other very hydrating products and it pairs nicely. I'm not sure if it is as "intensive" as the name suggests, but it has been just what I've needed for combo/sensitive skin through the drier parts of winter into the spring.

I’ve only been using this for about a week and a half, but so far, I like it, especially since I’m currently focused on barrier repair.

The texture is interesting: it’s thicker than a typical moisturizer but still feels relatively lightweight. It does take a little time to fully absorb and can feel slightly tacky at first, but that “coated” feeling actually makes sense for a barrier cream... it really does feel like it’s creating a protective layer.

Compared to other barrier creams I’ve used, this one is a bit lighter (not as heavy as some thicker options), which I appreciate depending on what my skin needs.

It’s fragrance-free, which is a big plus, for me here, and a small amount goes a long way. I’ve been using it consistently and plan to keep it in rotation while I focus on repairing my skin barrier.

So far, a solid option if you’re looking for something that feels protective without being overly heavy.

I really liked this cream! My skin felt very moisturized--but not greasy or oily. There was no scent, and my very sensitive skin appreciated the gentle barrier of protection it created. I also liked that the cream absorbed quickly. Using this in both my morning and evening skincare routines, I didn't experience any breakouts or rash, and it was light enough to use under my makeup. I will purchase this again!
