Klairs Toner Mate 2 in 1 Cotton Pad contains two different types of high-end cotton pads that are the perfect fit when used with the Klairs Supple Preparation Facial Toner to give you greater use out of your toner.
Compressed Cotton Pad: Created through a water jet method to compress 100% pure cotton a total of five times, this cotton pad has been designed specifically to help tone the face. Because it helps following products absorb into the skin better by cleansing the face of any remaining dirt, oil and dead skin cells after cleansing, it is recommended that this step be taken before applying other skin care products.
Sponge Cotton Pad: This cotton pad has been created similar to a sponge, so it collects the toner and returns the product back to the face, as compared to the conventional cotton pad that simply absorbs most of the product. Rather than using wiping motions to cleanse the face, this sponge is created to be more fit to hydrate the face through dabbing the sponge on the face and letting the skin naturally absorb the toner.

I didn't realize that these were different than they used to be. . . I have a few issues. The packaging is very awkward and makes it hard to take out the different types of pads. These pads used to have one side for toner and a separate side for essence etc and while having 2 separate kinds I don't understand why. I suppose it's okay if I'm going to use several essences. . . I don't know, still getting used to this new version

There are two types in the box, one highly compressed, my favorite for toner application, it swipes across skin well, without balling up, the other type is more sponge, good for soaking emulsions to use as a diy mask for spot areas, both are soft to skin, don’t leave fuzz and are sturdy. Love this product

Great product and I love how it's 2 in 1 cotton pads. I used one side to wipe my face, and the other side as a mask. So, I mask first then wipe my face. Soak the sponge side. This will last you a bit so it's worth it.

Please keep this product stocked on the website! It's my favorite out of all the ones I've tried. I love the two different types of cotton pads that are included. The size is perfect for daily use and storage. I like that the cotton doesn't completely absorb the product you put on it, and a little goes a long way!
