Hydration meets gentle exfoliation in this mineral-rich K-beauty staple. The Round Lab 1025 Dokdo Toner is a refreshing, water-light toner powered by deep sea water sourced from Ulleungdo Island in Korea.
Naturally rich in minerals like magnesium, calcium, and zinc, this ultra-hydrating formula helps replenish the skin’s moisture barrier while rebalancing and soothing stressed or sensitive skin. It’s also formulated with patented Hatching EX-07 technology—a gentle exfoliating complex that sloughs away dead skin cells and excess sebum, revealing a smoother, clearer complexion over time. Soothing ingredients like panthenol, allantoin, and betaine calm irritation and help keep redness at bay, making this a go-to toner for even the most reactive skin types. Fragrance-free and essential oil-free, it layers effortlessly under the rest of your skincare routine without ever feeling sticky or heavy.
After cleansing, apply the toner to a cotton pad or your palms and gently sweep across the face. For areas in need of extra care, soak a cotton pad with toner and leave it on the skin for 5–10 minutes as a mini treatment mask.

A lot of toners on the market steer away from the purpose of a toner. Many of them are full of active ingredients, fragrance, minerals, and abrasive ingredients. I sought out the Dokdo toner for the fact that it is water-like and does what a toner is supposed to do, hydrate and prepare the skin to absorb your regimen like a sponge. I am entirely happy with how this feels on my skin, calming and hydrating. It doesn’t get in the way of my retinols, AHA’s, or creams, and is perfect for night and day usage.

I have pretty sensitive skin that's acne prone, so it's been hard finding toners that won't break me out and this toner does the job. It's light and you can layer it if you would like. I break out easily but this didn't break me out. I live in a pretty dry climate and I have found it moisturizing while not being too heavy on the skin.

This is amazing for anyone who just wants simple hydration and the feeling of clean skin. It WON'T do anything magical since it has no additional actives like AHAs or Vitamin C. However, the peace of mind it gives me that I won't break out and get a reaction to using this toner is enough for me. Great for people suffering from red, painful, cystic acne or anyone who doesn't like the water quality of where they live and want a second cleanse.

I love this toner. I use it in the morning sometimes when I am in a rush instead of cleansing, and this with some Rovectin Lotus Water cream is my in a hurry routine. Great product, awesome price.
