Infused with mugwort extract sourced from Korea's Geomundo Island, this toner is rich in antioxidants and vitamins A and E, known for their skin-soothing properties. Complemented by madecassoside, derived from Centella Asiatica, it helps to reduce inflammation and strengthen the skin barrier.

The addition of panthenol and betaine ensures lasting hydration without stickiness, making it suitable for all skin types, including sensitive and acne-prone skin. Its lightweight, non-greasy texture absorbs quickly, leaving your skin feeling refreshed and comfortable. Free from alcohol and artificial fragrances, this toner is ideal for daily use to maintain a healthy, balanced complexion.

    GREAT TONER

    I love Artemisia Capilaris, which is the same as mugwort. This toner is cheaper, has more content than the other popular one. It’s soothing, brightening, and helps a lot with redness. A must if you have sensitive skin because it’s not harmful or overpowering. Great if you are looking for hydrating and calming properties. A cute design with no issues for application, and also cheap for its quality. You can also try the other products from this line and brand. I love the dokdo toner and everything I have tried already never disappoints. Amazing product and amazing brand!

    Basic good toner

    Manages blackheads and overall seems to bring life to the skin. Adorable packaging which is always a plus. Haven't seem any major changes, but no complaints either.

    Iffy for me

    I believe it created some bumpy cysts on my face. Previously I have used a mugwort mask and it left a sticky messy residue. This might be clogging my pores by kind of sealing/coating my face which isn’t good for my sensitive, temperamental skin.

    This feels so nice on the skin. It’s a pretty watery consistency but it actually feels moisturizing when you put it on your skin. A little goes a long way.
