This cleanser has a low pH of 6.5 and uses 98.9% naturally derived ingredients to cleanse skin in the gentlest way possible. Panthenol, a skin-benefitting compound closely related to Vitamin B5, delivers deep hydration while madecassoside, derived from Centella asiatica, repairs skin damage. Free of potential irritants like fragrance, artificial color, and parabens, this cleanser uses minimal ingredients and a rich foam to effectively cleanse and soothe irritated skin.

    Effective but Irritating

    I worried that this would be too gentle, but actually experienced the opposite. It cleared all the oil off my face with ease, but after a couple nights using it my face started reacting. My whole face is red and tingling. I have no idea what in this product could have possibly caused my skin to react, but if you're very sensitive like me, this may not be quite as gentle as advertised.

    Great cleanser

    My husband and I have different skin types, and when his reacted to a cleanser I was using, I switched him to this, and it was like magic! It cleared up the reaction that he had and washes his face really well without completely stripping everything off your face.

    Made my redness worse and burned :(

    Unfortunately this didn’t work for my skin. I have sensitive and combo skin that is prone to redness. I thought this would help soothe my skin but it did the opposite. This cleanser made my redness worse and added new redness on other areas of my face besides where it usually is (my cheeks). I must be allergic to something in it because it also burned upon rinsing off. It also made my skin feel dry and tacky. Super disappointed in it and wish I had ordered what I previously used instead.

    Great for sensitive skin!

    I have sensitive and oily skin and this cleanser is always my go to after trying to many different cleansers. I love that it is foamy and it really cleans your skin without stripping it. Causes no irritation and is very mild but effective.
