A velvet-cream rinse-off clay facial mask formulated with Korean Sweet Potato a rich source of vitamins and antioxidants that work to enhance skin immunity. The Vitamin C in sweet potatoes brightens the skin tone and promotes collagen production, helping to maintain skin elasticity and protecting the skin from external stressors. The niacinamide works to reduce the appearance of large pores, evens out skin tone, and softens fine lines while the aloe extract soothes the skin while providing deep moisture making it safe for sensitive skin. The Pineapple extract containing a proteolytic enzyme helps remove dead skin cells, normalizing the skin turnover cycle. Salicylic acid, a fat-soluble BHA ingredient, is effective for oily skin and penetrating pores to remove impurities like blackheads and whiteheads while providing anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties, making it beneficial for acne treatment.

    Gentle, maybe a bit too much

    If you have sensitive skin this might be a nice treatment, but I was looking for something with a bit more oomph. However, the directions say you can use it 2x a week, which would make sense. Also, there’s something a bit off-putting about the scent, so it kind of makes me not want to apply it to my face.

    I've used this 4x now. TBD on the long term effects. Since the exfoliant is BHA not physical it's hard to tell how much exfoliation is happening. However, the mask is pleasant to use and is not causing any problems. It's silky and smooth and smells nice. It applies easily and dries like a standard clay mask. Takes a bit extra rinsing to get off (also normal for clay masks). My skin feels soft and not dried out afterwards. Does not seem like it is powerful enough to clear out an active acne/breakout but at least it is helping to prevent future zits.

    I think I love it?

    This face mask works so far, I've only used it once, so I can't say for sure, but after one use I've noticed a very small difference, it really helped with my oily skin, lighten blackheads and cleanses well
