I can't sleep with anything sticky on my face due to how much my dog sheds so this is my second favorite snail mask (the first is the pink Leaders one). It absorbs like an emulsion, so thicker than snail essences but thinner than the moisturizers I've used - aside from the Missha emulsion SG carried years ago. That also makes it less occlusive than slugging which can also break me out. I did it before bed and didn't need to apply a moisturizer or sleep mask after to wake up super hydrated but not shiny or sticky or with pimples.
