This refreshing, multi-tasking cleansing toner hydrates while it cleanses, micro-emulsifies makeup and removes impurities with nourishing ingredients that won't strip away your skin's natural moisture.
Powered by 86% Deep Sea Water sourced from Gangwon, Korea and formulated with a blend of papaya enzymes, licorice root, seaberry and persimmon extract, Living Sea Cleansing Tonic helps remineralize and rehydrate for a daily cleansing ritual that leaves skin pristine, soft and plump.
Can be used in the morning as a toner to create the perfect hydrated canvas, midday as a refresher, and at night as part of a two-step routine after oil-cleansing to whisk away any remaining impurities.
The pH level of this formula is 6.0±1.0.

This stuff is gold. I’m on my 6th bottle now but I use it a tad differently than most. I use this in the AM after my single cleanse. It not only gets the last of any cleanser off my skin but hydrates and brightens as well. It’s so good and my skin has improved so much by this little gem-who would have thought? To me it is one of only a few “holy grail” skincare products. And nobody else makes something similar. Nobody. (Btw both sizes are so beneficial. I use them both for different locations!
