    A Jelly Blush Adventure (But Maybe Not My Thing)

    This was my first time trying a jelly-style blush, and while I can see the appeal, I don’t think this formula is quite for me. The packaging and concept are fun, and it does give a very dewy, glossy cheek look.

    I purchased Apricot Beige and found the color payoff much softer than I expected. I needed to build up quite a bit of product to get the shade to show, so I probably would have chosen a deeper color if I had known how sheer the formula was.

    The texture is very emollient and gives that juicy glow effect, but it felt heavier/oilier on my skin than I personally prefer. I also noticed the fruity scent right away , it reminds me more of a scented lip product than a blush.

    I think someone who loves sheer, glossy, dewy makeup may really enjoy this, but I’ve learned I prefer a more traditional pressed blush with stronger pigment and a less slippery finish.

    I cannot say enough good things about this product! I use it as blush, bronzer and lip balm! Great pigment and ads to my glass skin routine perfectly!
