Q - How do I apply my Discount Code?

Discount codes can be applied to your order at Checkout. Enter your discount code into the field on the top right, above your cart total. Once you hit 'Apply' your discount will be deducted from your cart total and you can continue on to payment method.

Q - Can I use multiple discount codes?

Only one discount code can be applied per order. Discount codes cannot be combined with any other promotions, offers, or loyalty reward discounts.

However, you may redeem your points for a product reward.

Q - Help! The Gift With Purchase Candle/Lip Mask is not loading into my cart! Will I receive it?

Once your purchase is $125+ after all discounts have been applied, the candle will auto-load into your cart -- but this may take a few moments.

If your subtotal is $125+ and the candle is not loading into your cart, please kindly clear your browser’s cache and cookies and try again.

If the Lip Patch is not loading into your cart, please be assured that your order will be arriving with one. 

Q - I placed my order through the Black Friday Sale period, when will it ship out?

Orders with standard shipping will be processed and en route within 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding Thanksgiving Day, 11/22/2018).

*Please note: If your order was placed on Thanksgiving -- your order will be processed on Monday.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information enclosed. Please note that it may take up to 24 - 48 hours for your tracking information to update.

Please be aware your order may arrive in multiple shipments and you will be receiving multiple tracking information.

Q - When will I receive my package?

Due to high order volumes during this holiday period, please note that it may take an additional 2 - 4 business days than usual for packages with standard shipping (4-7 business days) to get to you.

Although your tracking information may offer an estimated delivery date, please allow an additional 3-5 business days if your parcel does not turn up on the estimated delivery date. If 3-5 business days have passed past the estimated delivery date, and your parcel has not turned up, please reach out to us at hello@sokoglam.com.

That's great, we hope your friends and family enjoy the gift of good skin! Not to worry, no prices are ever shown in any packages we send out.

Q - I need honey skin now! Do you offer expedited shipping?

We totally get it.

We offer FedEx Overnight shipping and FedEx 2Day for additional shipping fees. To get accurate pricing, please add all your desired items to cart and you will be able to see estimated shipping prices prior to finalizing your order.

Expedited shipping methods must be placed prior to 2PM EST for same day processing and shipping. After 2PM EST, your order will be processed the following business day.

Expedited shipping does not include holidays and weekends.

Please be aware there will be no expedited services on Thanksgiving and the weekend; Black Friday not affected.

Q - I reached out via email but I haven't received a response in over 2 business days! What now?

We're sorry to hear this! Please make sure your inquiry was sent to hello@sokoglam.com. We do our best to get back to everyone as soon as possible -- this usually means within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Thanksgiving Day 11/22/2018). However, please bear with us as responses may take a little longer over the holiday season.

Cancellations, Missing Items, Returns & Damages

Q - Can I make changes to or cancel my order?

We at Soko Glam work hard to help you get your orders as fast as possible. So as soon as the payment is accepted and the order is confirmed, it is immediately in process to be shipped. This means there is only a very small window of time where we can “catch” your order before it is physically picked, packed and set aside for shipping.

This unfortunately means NO changes can be made to your order once it is placed. There may however be time to cancel your order all together so you can start fresh. Please email us at hello@sokoglam.com as soon as possible with the subject line "Cancellation" and your full name and order number. We’ll let you know what we can do!  


Q - What is your return policy?

We’re sorry you didn’t love your new products! We want you to love your experience with Soko Glam and K-beauty as much as possible, which is why we’re here to help.

Our policy is that we are happy to accept returns on both new and gently used products within 60 days of receipt.

If you come across any trouble with our return process or have any questions, please reach out to us at hello@sokoglam.com.

Unfortunately, we are unable to refund your original shipping charges, and we do not offer exchanges on any of our products. We cannot accept empty or more than half empty products. We will only accept unopened and gently used products. 

*Return shipping is at the expense of the customer in the event your products are to be returned to us.

The label is generated for the convenience of our customers. However, we are happy to accept packages regardless of what shipping method is used by the customer -- if a more cost effective shipping method is found.

We just ask in those cases, to prevent any delays, that name and order number be included inside of the parcel.

Q - Can I exchange a product?

We do not offer direct exchanges on any of our products.

Q - An item in my order was damaged in transit! What do I do?

Oh no, we’re so sorry to hear this! Please send us an email at hello@sokoglam.com with your order number, full name and an image of the damaged item and we’ll be happy to help you!

 

Q - An item is missing from my package! Where is it?

We're so sorry to hear of your concern. Sometimes, the products in your order may be split into two (or more) fulfillments. Please kindly check your inbox for any additional tracking information -- please note that the subject will be identical and may be condensed into one email thread. 

If after you've looked into your inbox and you find no additional tracking information and your item is indeed missing, please reach out to us and we will make sure to ship this ASAP.

Q - What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Paypal, and Amazon Payment.

For orders outside of the U.S., we recommend using PayPal or Amazon Payments, especially if the card issuing bank is not US-based.


Q - How do I use my E-Gift Card?

Good news--it’s super easy. Retrieve your E-Gift Card via email. Enclosed in the email is a gift card code which you can apply at Checkout. Enter this code into the field on the top right, above your cart total. Once you hit 'Apply', the amount on your gift card will be deducted from your cart total.

You can use multiple E-Gift Card codes in one transaction and E-Gift Card Codes can be combined with a discount code. Sweet!

Q - I want to give my friend a Gift Card, how will it be sent to them?

Soko Glam Gift Cards come in the form of an E-Gift Card and are sent via email. We suggest you put in your own email address at checkout. By doing so, you will receive an order confirmation email and the E-Gift Card. Once you receive the E-Gift Card, you have the option to print or email it forward to your friend with you own personal message. 

 

Q - Is the product I received expired?

No, and here’s why. Korean products are traditionally labeled with a manufacturing date instead of an expiry date and have a shelf-life of two to three years from this date, depending on each individual product and brand. So don't be alarmed if you receive a product stamped with a date prior to your actual purchase date -- we value our customers and will never sell expired products just to make a sale!

As K-Beauty expands further into the Western market, some brands have begun printing the expiration date instead of manufacturing date. Please check the characters in front of the dates to be sure:

제조 means "manufactured on"

까지 means "good until"

Glad you asked -- Absolutely! At Soko Glam, we take pride in bringing our customers only the highest quality of Korean beauty. We stand by this promise to do so with every product and this is at the heart of our company.

Every single product you see on Soko Glam is first put through a rigorous test to guarantee their safety, efficacy and authenticity. This includes internal testing, working directly with each brand, never purchasing from third parties and ensuring all products go through the FDA approval process.  Q - Do I qualify for free shipping?

We are happy to offer free shipping on all US orders for the month of December - no minimum! 

Q - When will my Soko Glam order ship?

We process and ship out all orders Monday through Friday, not including holidays. Orders with standard shipping will usually be fulfilled and shipped the next business day (Monday through Friday, not including holidays). We know, we’re as fast as lightning!

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information enclosed. Please note that it may take up to 24-48 hours for your tracking information to update.

***Due to high volumes over the Thanksgiving holiday, please allow an additional 2-3 business days for fulfillment and tracking information. 

Q - Where will my Soko Glam order ship from and how long will it take for my order to arrive?

All Soko Glam orders are shipped out of the US. Orders will standard shipping usually take 3-7 business days from the day it ships to arrive to its final destination.

 Q - Do you charge domestic sales tax?

Domestic sales tax will be applied to all orders shipped to Washington, South Dakota, Pennsylvania, Ohio, New Jersey, Minnesota, Michigan, Illinois, Georgia, California, Colorado, New York, and Massachusetts.

Q - Do you ship Internationally?

Absolutely! We currently ship Soko Glam orders from the U.S. to the following countries:

Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, India, Indonesia, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and the UK.


Q - What duties and fees are involved when shipping to one of the international countries listed?

For Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and the UK: Your package will arrive at your door with no additional duties and taxes aside from any taxes you incur at checkout.

India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Norway, Switzerland, Singapore: Your package may incur additional duties and taxes upon delivery. Duties and taxes depend on your country's customs laws.

Please also note that Soko Glam does not have any control over these charges and cannot estimate the amount. Customs policies vary widely, so please contact your local customs office if you would like further details.


Q - Do you offer free shipping to international countries?

We currently offer free shipping to our Canadian friends for all orders $75 and over. To be eligible for free shipping you must ship within Canada and your total must be $75 after all discounts are added.


Q - You definitely ship to my country, but why are shipping options not showing?

It sounds like there may be too many items in your cart. Please see below the max shipping weight for your country:

8 LBS - Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and the UK.

4.4 LBS - India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Norway, Switzerland, Singapore.

Once removing a few items from your cart, shipping options will re-populate.


Q - Where will my Soko Glam order ship from and how long will it take for my order to arrive?

All Soko Glam orders are shipped out of the US.

For all international countries, your package will arrive within approximately 5 - 17 business days. Unfortunately, we aren’t able to expedite shipping for international orders.

India packages, please allow up to 30 business days for delivery.

You will receive tracking information enclosed within your shipping confirmation email.

If you are ordering for the holiday season and to ensure your parcel arrives in time for gift giving, please be sure to place your order by 11/19/2018.
