Q - When is the last day I can place my order to get my package before Christmas?
For standard shipments within the USA (excluding Hawaii and Alaska): Sunday 12/17/2017
For standard shipments to Hawaii, Alaska and APO addresses: Monday 12/11/2017
For shipments to Canada, Australia, New Zealand, UK and Germany: Monday 12/11/2017
For shipments to India: Monday 11/27/2017
For shipments to all other International countries we currently ship to: Thursday 11/30/2017

Q - When will I receive my package?
Due to high order volumes during this holiday period, please note that it may take 3 - 5 more business days than usual for packages with standard shipping to get to you.

Q - Can I use multiple discount codes on my order?
Only one discount code can be applied per order. Discount codes cannot be combined with any other promotions or offers.
Q - I'm placing an order as a gift, how do I make sure no prices are shown in the order?
That's great, we hope your friends and family enjoy the gift of good skin! Not to worry, no prices are ever shown in any packages we send out.
Q - I want to give my friend a Gift Card, how will it be sent to them?
Soko Glam Gift Cards come in the form of an E-Gift Card and are sent via email. We suggest you put in your own email address at checkout. By doing so, you will receive an order confirmation email and the E-Gift Card. Once you receive the E-Gift Card, you have the option to print or email it.
Q - I reached out via email but I haven't received a response in over 2 business days! What now?
We're sorry to hear this! Please make sure your inquiry was sent to firstname.lastname@example.org. We do our best to get back to everyone as soon as possible -- this usually means within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
