Q - How do I become a Soko Rewards Member?
Joining the Soko Rewards program is simple (and free)! Sign up with your email through the Rewards page. We recommend signing up when you make your first purchase, but you can join at any time - there is no minimum spend required to be a Member.
Upon joining, you'll receive 50 points! Each purchase you make afterwards will contribute towards your point total. Just be sure you log in with your Soko Rewards account to earn points, redeem points and enjoy the benefits of being a part of our community.
Q - How do I become a VIP or VIP Premier?
You'll start out as a Member, and then be able to level up to a new tier like VIP or VIP Premier. To become a VIP, you need to spend $200+ in a year. To become a VIP Premier, you need to spend $500+ in a year. Your tier status will last 1 year from the date you earned it on a rolling basis.
For example, if earned VIP status on 01/02/20, you would keep that status through 01/02/21. If you were a VIP and then earned VIP Premier status a few months later, your Premier status would be a year from the date you earned the new status.
Q - Do my Soko Rewards points expire?
Nope! The points you accrue are yours forever -- they don't expire!
Q - How do I check my point balance?Once logged in, you can check your point balance on both the Rewards page and your Account page. Having trouble, or something doesn't seem correct? Live Chat our Customer Experience team using the chat bubble in the lower right-hand corner!
Q - How do I earn points?
Earn points each time you spend on Soko Glam! Points will be earned on each dollar you spend, excluding shipping fees and taxes (rounded down to the nearest dollar). Please allow 48 hours for your points to appear on your Account page. You can earn points even when purchasing E-Gift Cards, however, you will not earn points when redeeming an E-Gift Card. Points can only be earned on products purchased on our website (http://www.sokoglam.com). Purchases made at pop-up and/or brick-and-mortar locations will not accrue points.
Higher tiers are able to earn points at a higher rate. Our VIP's enjoy earning 1.4 points per $1 spent, and our VIP Premier's earn 1.7 points per $1 spent.
There's also certain activities and actions you can do that can help you earn additional points, like following us on Instagram, leaving a review or posting a photo! Take a look at the "How To Earn" section for more details. Please note that points earned through actions don't apply towards your tier status. Tier status can only be earned through purchases.
Q - How do I use my points to redeem rewards?
You can use your points at Checkout to redeem products or discounts! You can also select products directly from the Rewards page in the "Redeem" section. If you are redeeming for either $10 or $20 off your order, that option can only be selected at Checkout.
You must purchase at least one item in order to redeem points for a product or discount.
Checkout Dropdown Instructions: Once logged in and ready to check out, on the right-hand side you'll see a drop-down menu underneath your cart total [above the "Gift card or discount code" field]. Select the Reward you would like to redeem, and click "Apply". The page will refresh, and the product will be added to your cart. Discounts are not eligible on shipping fees or taxes. If you are not signed in with your Soko Rewards account, you will not see this dropdown option at Checkout.
Q - How do I know what tier I am?Once logged in, you can check your tier on your Account page.
Q - I can't log into my account! What do I do?No problem! Click "Forgot Password?" to reset your password. From there, you'll need to verify your email address and we'll lead you through the process to get you back into your account. If you're having any further issues, please email us at email@example.com and we'll get you sorted!
Q - Can I transfer or merge my points between two separate accounts?Unfortunately, you cannot transfer points between two accounts. You can accrue points on 2+ separate accounts (depending on which account/email you're logged in with while shopping), but we recommend only using one account to maximize your points!
Q - I'm a VIP or VIP Premier Member. How do I access exclusive access to discounts, rewards and offers?
First off, thank you for being a part of our community! We are so excited to have such a loyal and super skin care savvy group.
For our VIP and VIP Premier Members, the best way to stay up-to-date on offerings is to subscribe to our email list. This is where you'll hear about offers, gifts and discounts that are exclusive to you. We also will have VIP-Only rewards marked on the Rewards page in the "Redeem" section. We also host exclusive webinars, product sneak-peeks and other fun surprises for our VIP's and VIP Premier's!
Q - Do you offer a free birthday gift?
We love a celebration! So... that's a YES! First thing's first, be sure to update your profile with your birthday month and make sure you're subscribed to our emails. At the beginning of your birthday month, check your email! You'll see a note from us with a special unique link. In order to redeem your gift, you must shop through the link you receive in your email. After you add at least one product to your cart, your free birthday gift will appear automatically. Please allow a few moments for it to load.
You must make a purchase of at least one item in order to redeem.
First, make sure you're signed into your account prior to checking out. If after signing in, the drop down is still empty -- please clear your browser's cache and cookies. After you do so, please sign back into your account and the drop down menu to redeem your items will be under your cart on the "Customer Information" page. Please allow a few moments to load.
